My approach

Iterative and Flexible

My design process is inherently iterative. I revisit previous stages to refine ideas, address new findings, or respond to feedback, ensuring each solution is optimized for the best possible user experience regardless of complexity.

Design process

Conceptualize

Every project begins with understanding the problem, the user, and the business goal. I focus on defining purpose and potential impact before touching any design tool.

Research and Discovery

I research the target audience, their needs, and the competitive landscape. User interviews, analytics data, and behavioral patterns guide my approach from the start.

Define the Problem and Goals

With research in hand, I clarify the problem and set measurable goals, ensuring the team is aligned on what success actually looks like.

Ideation and Solution Development

I explore diverse solutions considering both user needs and business objectives, using AI tools to accelerate ideation and stress-test ideas faster.

Prototyping

From low-fidelity wireframes to high-fidelity interactive models, I prototype quickly using Figma and AI-powered tools like Figma Make and Bolt to validate concepts without over-investing too early.

User Testing and Validation

I test prototypes with real users to validate design decisions, identify friction points, and iterate. Every round of testing is an opportunity to get closer to what actually works.

Design Handoff and Collaboration with Development

I prepare detailed design specifications and work closely with engineers to ensure alignment between design intent and implementation.

Launch

I support the launch by coordinating with stakeholders, reviewing final implementations, and ensuring the experience ships as intended.

Post-Launch Monitoring and Iteration

After launch I monitor user feedback and product analytics to identify areas for improvement, iterating as needed to keep enhancing the experience.
